Point of Grace Academy opened her door this school year 2012 to 85 children. Our program currently caters for Baby Class, Nursery class , Pre-Unit, Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, Class 4 and Class 5. Vacation Bible School attracted over 600 children, which reflect the population of an average public Primary School. They were divided into groups according to age and classes. It developed 6 groups being taught by Bethel teachers assisted by native helpers:

The Deaconess training seminar was conducted at ATP Technical Training Institute from 5th
to 7th August. This Seminar had a national representation by ELCK Deaconess Association. It
ended with a Sunday Divine Worship service presided over by Rev. Dennis Meeker with Rev.
Marv Ziprick preaching the sermon.
The three day seminar majorly dealt with palliative care and first aid. Becky Ziprick and Debra
Strutt were the facilitators with Rob Strutt, Greg Schoepp, and Paul Schoepp teaching the
Deaconesses about riding and caring for bicycles.
