The construction work on the playground was sponsored by Emmanuel Foundation of Canada who had sent with the team arepresentative to be the lead engineer and installer. Darcy was the only member on the team whowas not a member of Bethel Lutheran Church proper, yet a strong member of Christ’s Church Triumphant.
